Item never received
I placed an order with a seller on February 14,2024. The item has never arrived, I contacted this seller in March before the eBay money back guarantee time limit was up and he assured me it was on its way, he kept asking me to wait a few more days and then a few more days and now it's about to be May 2024 and I'm out the $34.00 for the product, and have been very coooerative with the seller, only to now realize that even though I have been told a refund had been submitted more than a week ago, nothing has been refunded. In my many years of buying on eBay I have never had this happen, now eBay says they can't help, and the seller is clearly not going to do what he should have months ago. Any help is appreciated

You had 30 days from estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request because Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
Unfortunately, you let the seller stall you beyond the time frame for filing the Refund Request. Never let a seller stall you with false promises.
You can file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal, or contact your payment source.
