Mentor2 years ago@hunt0234 You really don't need to contact anyone. Go to your purchase history. Has the estimated delivery date passed? If so, click on I haven't received my item. The seller has 3 business days to prove proof of delivery through a tracking number or refund. If not, on the 4th day you can return to the case and ask eBay to step in. You will be refunded.
