Item never received.
I recently purchased a yubi key from an eBay seller. This item never arrived and I have tried to contact him 4 times now with no response. He is obviously unwilling or unable to communicate with me on this matter.I need assistance from EBAY to get this resolved. This guy is obviously reusing some kind of scam the Ebay people are not aware of yet. Hehas never responded to 4 of my requests and the automatic assistant only tells me that my time has elapsed to get a refund.

Mentor2 years agoWe are not ebay staff members. We are buyers and sellers who volunteer our time to help buyers and sellers use ebay.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
