Item never picked up by buyer for a local pickup item transaction
A buyer of an item listed for "local pickup only", has not responded to several messages I sent through ebay. It has been over a month, 36 days and the buyer has made no effort to pick up the item or request a refund. They paid for it, 36 days ago but don't respond to my messages about arranging to pick up the item. What are the options?
