Item never left location where it was shipped from.
Item was Shipped and delivered to the same location, Not sure how that happens. I need someone to look into this, My mailing address is 80 Navin Ave., Lee, MA. This item shipped from California, And I’m the same day it’s marked delivered same location in California. Hopefully someone can do this research and help me

·2 years agoHi @wgisoldier This happens when the mail carrier scans a package as delivered, then forgets to change the scanner setting when they next pick up an outgoing package. It's still physically on its way to you. The next time the package is scanned along the way, the scanning will be corrected.
If it never arrives, you have up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date to request a full refund.
