Item Never Delivered ( Over 3 month)
I purchased an item in Feb 25 & the shipping came to a standstill. The purchase history is gone in eBay so I can't take action. I am guessing as it is now over 3 months. The help AI is a waste of time and they only connect you to an agent if in US or Canada. I only have the bank evidence & one ebay email saying it will come soon with no order reference. Item has never arrived & it is almost June. I just want my money back. Any tips to get some actual help from EBay would be amazing thank you.

You have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase to file an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in, for up to twenty-one business days. After that, eBay can no longer help.
You may still have recourse through your payment method; many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase.

OP1 year agoI really appreciate this. Never realised when seller said it would take so long that it might go out of 'support'. Will take more care in future.

Mentor1 year agoYou are very welcome. Try contacting PayPal if you used PayPal, or your card issuer if you paid by credit or debit card.
