Item never delivered / ebay closed return / $160 stolen

Question

this I team pictured has been lost by UPS... reported but no contact from UPS. I tried to return the item Ebay denied the request and would not allow an appeal, the seller is radio silent and has been paid. ebay will not talk to me about this. so essentially Ebay has facilitated a $160 theft. Any ideas

You cannot return an item you never received. You needed to open a not received claim, not a return. You cannot open one now.

Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item never received.
