If there is no tracking showing delivery, the day after the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to either provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
