Item never arrives after seller assures it will. refund window is closed to say it wont send
I purchased 4 booster boxes of ascended and the seller sent me an ebay message assuring they would send the items after it was already late. stated they would send by april 24th. April 24th now passed and they state they don't plan to send and I am unable to find a refund option because the "reporting window is now closed". How can i get my money back? Is there something i can do? I have the messages where they state they will send later and the ones that say they now don't plan to send. Ebay doesnt have any ebay contact option because the reporting window is closed. What can i do??

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
