Item never arrived. What should seller do ?
Buyer claims the item did not arrive. In the Order details on my end, the seller, it says the item was : Paid, Shipped and Delivered (USPS). Buyer texted me that they never received the item and wants a full refund. What do I do ? Already sent a screenshot of item being delivered.

Mentor2 years ago@tuitionbasedsale Respond to the refund request with the tracking that shows delivery and you win the case.
