item never arrived to Italy
I sold an item on Nov 13..buyer literally messaged me this am stating the item never arrived. I looked up and the tracking ends on Nov 20 with no other movement. I've messaged buyer stating she needs to open a case but she says she's doesn't know how. I sent info from Ebay's site on how to do so..again she states she can't open the link. How do I help her? Can I open and start a case?

·9 months agoThe buyer had 30 days from the last estimated date of delivery to open a case with eBay. If it was sold in November, it’s likely that date has passed, which is why she can’t open a case.
