Item never arrived to buyer
Shipped a package earlier on April. But it never made it to its destination. Usps worker showed me the last scan and told me to file a claim. I filed a claim but it was denied. What to do in this scenario? Does Ebay has seller protection?

Has the Buyer contacted you? If you used an eBay label and the Buyer opens an Item Not Received refund request, and you then refund the Buyer in response to that request, once eBay can see the package is delivered, they should reimburse you.
All these things need to happen for you to qualify for this Seller Protection.
