    Item Never Arrived - Seller Will Not Respond to Multiple Messages
                     

    I purchased some coins several months ago as a "Pre-Sale".  After several weeks I asked the seller of the status.  The seller did not respond.  I tried again several times afterward.  Still always ignored.  Buyer continues to sell the item and has raised the price several times and still will not respond to my messages.  Now it has been so long I cannot even select the item in My Purchase to start a claim.  Seller has my money and I have nothing.  Turns out there are multiple people stating the same situation with this seller.

    Hi @fsiegle 

     

    We can only file an 'Item not received' claim with eBay for 30 days past the Estimated Delivery Date.  After that ... we need to go through either PayPal or our payment source for a refund.

     

    I'm very sorry this happened.  It's risky buying pre-sale items ... and I hope you're still able to get refunded.
