Item never arrived or shipped, seller blocked me

Question

This â€ƒseller never even shipped my item, I gave them plenty of time and contacted eBay support multiple times. They wonâ€™t do anything. Just a bunch of automated **bleep** messages about how i waited 30 days for my item to come and thatâ€™s too long they canâ€™t do anything! Whereâ€™s the accountability ebay? Has anyone else been let down and taken for your hard earned money on here?

Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They can request a refund if an item doesnâ€™t show up.

First, check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.

I guess you are too late for help from eBay. If you paid with Paypal, they give you more time.
