Item never arrived. Ebay says no refund
I ordered two computers. They never arrived. I have plenty of documentation that says they never arrived. Ebay is not refunding. I appealed. They've denied the appeal. How can they get away with this? This feels like theft. Their refund policy clearly states refunds are issued when product does not arrive. Yet they refuse to refund. What should I do?
