Item never arrived but it has been more than 21 days
I ordered an item on January 17 (Apple AirPods, Max) that never arrived. I had requested a cancellation on the order and I did not check back to make sure that it actually happened. The seller rejected the cancellation. The seller also never shipped the item. Now I cannot even dispute it because it’s been too long. Does anybody have any idea how to get my money back? It's almost $300 and if someone from eBay would simply look at it, they would be able to easily see that it was never shipped! I can’t even review the seller who, I’m sure, will keep doing this to other people.

Mentor5 months agoeBay has strict deadlines for opening cases or requests. Since you are past the eBay deadlines you should go to your payment source and see if you can get a charge back. Each payment source has its own deadline for doing this so act now.
