Item never arrived and now order doesn't exist
I purchased an item on eBay and was charged for it. I received confirmation and given a tracking number. The item never showed up on the last day of time frame. I tried to search the order and it's saying it doesn't exist. My bank account has been charged for this item that was purchased through eBay. How can I go about getting my refund for an order that doesn't exist now?

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
