Item Never Arrived and Now No Record of My Order
I have an item which never arrived, although the seller said it was delivered via UPS. Seller has not provided a UPS tracking number to me, just some random ebay number. When I search my purchases, it says I have none; therefore, I can't appeal ebay's decision that I'm just SOL. I have doorbell cameras, so I know the item was never delivered and that no one stole anything from my front or back porch. I need to get through to ebay, but all I get are "info articles." Any suggestions?

It's possible you bought this item as a guest
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
You can also open an Item Not Received case
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Item Not Received
3) Follow the steps
