Item never arrived and now I cannot utilize any of ebay's "contact" methods to get help
Ordered a product that never showed up so I reported it and they claimed they added tracking info over a month after the supposed "attempt to deliver". The address had reverted to a previous address so I provided the updated address and they claimed they would take care of it as opposed to refund. Well it never arrived and the tracking even indicates this yet I also cannot get a refund. What am I supposed to do with this now? They have my money, I have no product and the help options keep taking me back to tell me nothing can be done. How is this legal?

Mentor2 years agoOn eBay, you have up to thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History to seek a refund for an item that has not arrived, so it appears you have waited too long to get help from eBay.
Once you file an "item not received" case, the seller has three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery; after that, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund for up to twenty-one business days from the start of the case.

You may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection for some purchases.
