item never arrived and i cant seem to get my money back
i ordered a figure back in june for a bday party and it never arrived. im not on ebay much and i use the browser version so i dont really get notifications. anyways, it was supposed to arrive in sept, when it didnt arrive on the scheduled day, i finally looked at my ebay messages and the seller had been messaging me to put in some sort of request because he was unable to ship the item out. i responded and told him i did not see these messages and to help me navigate getting my money back. he never replied to me after that. ebay closed my request because there was no activity on it from the seller. i just want my money back and the tech support wont put me on with a real person because they dont see any purchases in the last 90 days. im just fed up with it all.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing eBay can do to help you now after all these months. Once you open an item not received case, you can go back to the case to ask eBay to step in if the seller doesn't refund within 3 business days. Since you didn't do that, the case finally timed out.
At this point, you can check with your credit card company to ask about a chargeback. You may not be too late for that.

The seller could do something if inclined, but the two of you would have to handle the refund outside of eBay.
