Item never arrived and has been over a month since seller has never talked.
I bought an item called Xbox one Kinect 500gb black console never arrived I heard nothing since from the seller.

When is the last estimated delivery date?
You have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date to file an "item not received" case with eBay.

If you file an "item not received" case with eBay, the seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, you can ask eBay to step in and refund you directly up to twenty-one business days from filing the case.
If you wait beyond those deadlines, eBay can no longer help, but you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection.
But try to go through eBay first, if possible.
