Item never arrived again
Greetings everybody. I posted previously about how an item that I ordered did not arrive and tracking is stating that it did. This is the second time this has happened to me and I looks like I'm going to get screwed again. Sorry but when I pay for something I expect to arrive it and not have everybody tell me that it has arrived when it has not. Does anybody know if I could request that my signature is needed from me to accept purchases from ebay? I'm sick of losing money and being told that the item arrived and I am worried that it's going to be something very expensive next time and I would feel better if my signature was needed to accept the items from here on out. next time it could be a very expensive purchase hopefully the last two we're not that expensive. One ebayer was very helpful with information about false tracking which I suspect is probably the case here. He also gave me a lot of information on how to file a claim but I found USPS site and absolute nightmare to navigate and for a $5 purchase it's hardly worth the couple hours it's going to take me to file for this. nevertheless I think that ebayer he was very helpful . If anybody knows if I can sign to receive packages I buy off of eBay please let me know? Thanks everybody

OP1 year agoHello folks. One more posting. Again I'm the guy who ordered a bumper sticker that never arrived that tracking claimed arrived at my house at 1043 this morning and of which it did not. It's 3:53 right now and I went out and the sticker had arrived. Way to confuse the customer USPS. Thank you everybody for your help peace
