The eBay Money Back Guarantee is how you begin the process of being refunded. Go back to the listing and find the eBay Money Back Guarantee banner/link.
There is no reason to talk to a CSR.

OP8 months agoThanks, been there done that. They want me to file a police report and go through an ungodly amount of hoops. I think my next step will be to appeal through my credit card.

Mentor8 months ago@fredn3030 Not received refund requests are filed by the buyer. An agent is just going to refer you back to the site to file the refund request. An agent can not extend the time limits of the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Let me know if you have any questions.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
