Item never arrived
neworld-23 I bought an aluminum pulley
They never send
First it was defective
then lost in the mail
Will send you a new one
3 months passed never got it
Now more than a year they say will send you your money
never got the money and now they don’t respond to my messages
what can i do

There is a SLIGHT chance that you could do a chargeback if you contact your credit card company. VERY slight I’m afraid.
Fortunately, an aluminum pulley isn’t an expensive loss … compared to, say, a diamond bracelet.

Mentor2 years agoeBay give you 30 days pasted the estimated delivery date to take action on an item not received. There is nothing they can help with after that date elapses. After a year, there is no help you can get anywhere except perhaps through a lawsuit.
