Item never arrive
I bought product from oversea, it arrived US since May 23 but tracking stop updating till now.
I keep checking and there is message saying
Your item may still be on its way
If you haven't received your item by Jun 25, go to your Purchases and find the item. Then select More actions beside the item and choose I didn't receive it to open a request.
Up to now Jun 26, I can not open a request, it's end up at the tracking screen.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
