Item need to return
I bought an item that had a 30 day return on it I messed that but the part had a 90 day warranty and I need to get it returned or a refund . Please advise, have text the co. 4 times have not heard back . They told me to open up a return on e'bay but it won't let me because the 30 days have passed but it was still under warranty I need to get this took care of.

Who issued the warranty?
Warranties are issued by the manufacturer or if you bought a third party warranty service.

Mentor3 years ago@jyount1949Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties for the items they sell unless they are authorized dealers for the company that manufacturers the item.
