Item missing from package.
Seller shipped item but box was ripped open and item missing. USPS had a sticker on box apologizing for damage. Seller wants photo of damage. How to send photos thru eBay.

Mentor3 years ago@captgto There should be an option to add a photo once you open a not as described refund request. You don't want a not received refund request since tracking shows delivery.
Or you can send a photo in eBay messages as a jpeg. Just message then select attach photo.
