Hello
I bought an electrical meter panel in May and finally got the go ahead from the power company to install.
They require you to have the equipment before installation and take their time for install approval.
During install I noticed the breaker would not mount proper so I needed to disassemble part of the panel to reseat the meter base. Upon inspection of the main bus bars behind the meter socket I found that an integral component is missing. I have contacted the seller twice with no response and the item is past the 30 day ebay money back guarantee. The panel itself is ~$1900. Beside leaving a bad review for the seller what are my options. The internal parts can not be purchased individually.
