Item marked delivered . . to shipper!
Item was purchased 1/19/2024 and shipped via Nova Poshta Kryukivshchyna Branch 1 on the following day. On 1/24/2024 it was marked 'received' at Nova Poshta Kyiv Branch 56. That day it was marked delivered on eBay, although delivery is in the United States and the package had yet to ship out of Kyiv, Ukraine.
I'd hoped I might receive an updated tracking number for the shipment to the United States, but it's now 2/2/2024 and I've received no further information. Yes I've written the seller.
Assuming there's a problem down the road ( delivery of a broken item or no delivery at all ) how does the incorrect marking of the package as "delivered" on eBay restrict my options for a claim and what is the appropriate response to it. All I can find on eBay's self help are answers regarding eBay's Global shipping program, which is not my situation
