Are you asking this question as a buyer or seller? If it is a selling question, What shipping service are you using? If you ship using ebay's standard envelope shipping I just wrote a reply to another seller explaining the issues with that service. Click on the link below to read the info.

If this is a buying issue giving us a little more info about the transaction, such as the shipping service used by the seller, if it was for trading cards or not, and if it was not cards that you bought, the ebay item number, which is under the item title in the order details.

OP5 months agoThank you for the reply..I shipped a card to a customer. It showed delivered on the tracking number but the customer claims he didn't receive it. I don't want to refund the money because my obligation as far as ebay is concerned has been met. Im waiting for what the customer wants to do next.
