Item marked as 'collected' but i did not collect
I recieved a reminder to collect my parcel, went to the Click & Collect shop twice, they couldn't find it. On my 2nd visit my order came up as collected but I hadn't collected it. I asked the shop keeper to reverse the transaction, he said he would. I went back a third time today he said he had reversed it & couldn't find my parcel.
I have tried to report it to ebay but just go round in circles with a stupid robot. How do I fix this & remain reasonably sane in the process?
