item marked as buyer paid by seller-but seller never paid-I don't know how to mark an item like that
I got a notice that an item was paid & I needed to ship so I did. The buyer left good feedback, however, in looking at the item further I noticed it indicated I, the seller, had marked this as paid. I had not marked this as paid & don't know how to even do that. Am I just out the money.? Is there any recourse for me?

Mentor11 months agoNever rely on the email, always check the ebay website for proper confirmation the item was paid and ok to ship.
Did you check your transactions to make sure it wasn't paid?
Check the drop down menu next to the item. IS the option to mark it unpaid there?
Otherwise, not sure how this would have been marked paid, but if so your only recourse is to contact the buyer and explain this and send them a PayPal invoice to for the amount due.
