Item lost in transit finally delivered 2 months later?
I had an item purchased from a buyer in early December and was shipped via UPS. After 2 weeks, buyer contacted ebay and asked for a lost item refund. The request was granted and the refund was issued. January 28th the item was showed as finally delivered to buyer. I sent a message to the buyer to request that I could send a return label to send the item back or he could decide to keep the item and we could arrange for payment. Buyer has still not replied to my message. I see there is not an option for me to request a return on this item because the listing has been resolved.
The total transaction was just over $200. Ebay refunded the buyer 6 weeks ago, but I have not received anything back on the missing item, nor the money that was paid to ship the item.
How do I get my product back or money invested?
