Item lost in mail

A buyer didn't receive an item I sold so I refunded the cost...tracking says it's still in transit..Is there a way to get compensated?

You can use USPS Package Intercept if it hasn't been delivered yet. Still in transit isn't lost. Just slow.

If sent priority mail or you added usps insurance, file a claim at usps.com.
