Item lost for 2 months shows up.
I have ordered an item in the first week of December. The item tracker stated that the item was lost. The seller issued me a refund. The item showed up today. How do I pay for this item?

Well, that all depends. eBay instituted a new Seller protection in 4th quarter last year to cover this kind of situation IF the Seller purchased their shipping label through eBay and IF you filed a claim that you did not receive your item through eBay and IF the Seller refunded you through that claim. At present here is the basic new feature:
eBay launched a new Seller Protection for sellers who print their labels through eBay. If a Seller loses a Buyer’s claim that they did not receive their item and refunded the Buyer then eBay will reimburse the Seller IF the package is delivered later and tracking confirms the delivery.
Lots of "IF's" in that first section ... you can answer part of those but only the Seller knows if they printed their label through eBay although if it was a one off label and not printed through the eBay bulk label flow and if the Seller did not cut it off there will be a banner across the top of the label stating it is from eBay.
You can send a check to the return address or work out paying the Seller electronically outside eBay, those would be your options.
