Item lost during international shipping, im the seller, and weâ€™ve been trying to find the package

â€ƒ â€ƒthe order was placed August 5th, Was to be delivered September 4th however the last updated location was â€œarrived at shipping hubâ€  Now Iâ€™m receiving this message in the order details â€œMake sure to include both lines of the street address including evtn:j327g9f on the shipping label. Yea I spoke with eBay, and they said since itâ€™s reached the hub it is now their responsibility to work out the issues. thanks for the reply!!
