Item Lost by the US Post Office
This is the first time this has happened to me. I shipped the item and the tracking indicated it was delivered. However, the buyer never received it and believes it was lost by the USPS. When I provided the tracking information the sale was canceled and my rating was not hurt. However, since the buyer stopped payment, I was never paid and now I am out of the item also. I do not know how I get compensated.

OP3 years agoThank you very much for the information. That's what I sort of figured but I just wanted to know my options. Is that the same situation when the Post Office admits to damaging a shipment? I do have a photo confirming that.

·3 years agoIf the buyer went to their payment source, not much you can do.
If USPS did loose it, not much you can there either since they say they delivered it.
