Item lost by the post office
I shipped an item on on Nov. 1 and tracking stopped en route on Nov. 7. The buyer never received the item and I have sent a refund. What is my recourse with the post office? how do I launch a request?

Mentor1 year agoThe post office does not consider an item lost until there has been no tracking movement for 21 days. You will need to contact the post office to file a claim for a lost package. eBay cannot help with this.
