Item located in US but seller based in China. Are return to shipped from address or China?
Item located in US but seller based in China. Buyer is responsible for cost of returns. Can the shipping return address be outside of US or due to Ebay's Listing Location Policy, should the shipping return address be consistent with the listing location?

Mentor3 years agoIf you have to pay for the return reason, it is only to the USA address it shipped from. If seller has to pay for return, it is up to them, and they would have to send you funds to pay the postage in advance.
