Item listed as new with damaged packaging. If contents are also damaged, can I get a full refund?
Seller lists no returns. Lists as "new" with damaged packaging. Item is an expensive portable fridge which will have very expensive shipping if I have to return it. If the fridge is also damaged inside and it's not just the packaging, will eBay accept the return and pay for return shipping?
