Purchased item per listing as 2pk for 17.00 which was a great price for 2 but too much for 1...rec'd only 1 item...

Recheck the original listing just to make sure you didn’t miss anything. You can reach out to the seller to see if they maybe forgot the item and if they can send it to you. If that doesn’t work you can file an Item Not As Described return claim and cite missing items.
