I purchased a Hasbro vintage (2008) action figure (new in box) from Mississauga, ON, Canada on 22MAR2026. As of 26MAR2026. the ebay tracking shows that my item could not be delivered to my home in Florida. On 26MAR2026, the ebay tracking shows "item liquidated". What does this mean? Do I ever have a chance to get this vintage item? Why would there be a problem crossing U.S. Customs with a Hasbro action figure (basically, a G.I. Joe)?

No, the item will not be delivered to you. You should be refunded for the purchase.
Liquidated means that the importing agency will resell the item to try to recover some value from it.
Vintage toys often do not meet the current consumer protection standards. Try an internet search for “why would a vintage toy not be allowed as an import into the us” for more details.
