Item is stuck at USPS hub and hasn’t been released to buyer
Dear eBay I am writing in regards to an item that I sold to the buyer and unfortunately the item should’ve been shipped via FedEx, but instead got dumped at the United States post office. The item is still at the main Atlanta, Georgia hub and from what I understand will eventually get to a FedEx Office. The buyer does not want the item and my question to you guys is what happens if the item finally ships out via FedEx to the buyer? What is my recourse if the item does finally get to the buyer after he decided not to buy the item?

Mentor1 year ago@brecla4057 First step you are going to need to refund the buyer. If they have filed a not received refund request then refund from the case.
If they have not filed a case yet then you can just go to the sold listing and cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. This will start the refund process.
Ask the buyer to please mark the package refused to returned to sender when / if they get it. You will be charged by Fed Ex. OR when/ if the buyer gets the item you can send them a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPG
