Item arrived stained. Seller said he didn't notice them, and offered a partial refund. How do we process a partial refund?

Item arrived stained. Seller said he didn't notice them, and offered a partial refund. How do we process a partial refund?

Mentor8 months agoThe seller can go to their sold list and find the item. Then click on "refund" from the drop down menu next to the item. Then enter the amount that they want to refund to you and send the refund.
