Item is not in excellent condition
I bought a fishing top that was in a nice package. The description of shirt said “ excellent†condition. I didn’t open package because it was a Christmas present. So when the shirt was opened at Christmas and put on - I noticed a light gray area ( stain) on the pocket. It is definitely not in excellent condition. I know the purchase is past the return window but under the circumstances ( the description of item was misleading) therefore I believe I deserve a refund. The shirt is not wearable because of the noticeable stain. I contacted the seller. They apologized and said it’s past 30 days. Please advise

Mentor8 months agoIf it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery, the purchase is no longer covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and therefore you cannot file a return request.
