item is not delivered
I ordered again spar plugs, 126 396 157 586 , but the same problem like before.
I needed the item urgent, so I bought it at Amazon they delivered it . I texted the seller many times, but he always respond with. I already shipped the item last location was Hebron KY, where the shipping label was created.
Please understand my situation I would like to get a refund.
