Item is marked as Sold on eBay

I've never rec'd payment for an item listed on eBay. I've sent the buyer a reminder for payment and have never heard back or been paid.

How do I change the listing to "not Sold", and relist it? eBay said it's too late to cancel the sale?? I don't understand.
