Item is going to arrive late - which claim to use?
Hello. I ordered an item as a birthday present and while the seller did ship it on the last day before it was supposed to be delivered, it isn't going to arrive on time for me and will be here about a week after the last delivery date described in the listing. Even though the seller does not accept refunds I know I can get a refund because the item is not as described ( due to being late), but should I file an item has not arrived claim the day after the last scheduled delivery date or should I wait until it arrives and then return it for item not as described? Thanks!
