Item is different than what I paid for.
Purchased a Skully S/S size M shirt, and received a Nike wet dry athletic size XS possibly kids shirt which is of no use at all to me. Sent seller a message the same day it arrived (three days ago) saying that, and asked that they look into the mix up. So far no response at all. How long do I wait before I file with EBAY for a refund?

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Received wrong item" or "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
