Good day. On January 20, 2026, I purchased a Crown power amplifier model CTS4200 on eBay from the seller HOTFIRE. He states that it has been tested and works properly. It was delivered to my warehouse in the USA on January 30. It was subsequently shipped by boat to me outside the USA, and I did not receive it until March 5, 2026. Upon arrival, the amplifier is not working properly and is defective. I wrote to the seller, and he says I have to return it if I want my money back. However, shipping will cost me twice as much as what I paid for the amplifier including shipping, meaning I will incur a three-time loss. I would like a full refund, and I would like to sell the amplifier here as a part to at least recoup some of the shipping costs. I have asked the seller so many times, but he is not responding. Can you please step in and help me with a refund? I would like to return it, but I will not be able to pay the shipping costs. Please help me with this.
